Trust Guardian self-service area is accessible through a secure email-based identification process. Once the identity is verified, users can access their privacy settings, make changes to their consents, and review the privacy notices they have acknowledged.
These changes are automatically propagated to all company systems involved via Trust Guardian’s orchestration system, ensuring that every touchpoint is updated in real-time and reducing the risk of misalignments. Users can also access the self-service area through other identification keys in addition to email (set via API).
